Buffalo Chicken Sandwich:
- 1 package chicken breast tenderloins
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- Buffalo wing sauce
- Crusty bread rolls
Chop chicken breast into bite sized pieces. Brown chicken in saucepan with garlic. Season chicken with salt and pepper if you wish. While chicken is browning make the wing sauce. Find recipe here. This is actually suppose to taste like the medium wing sauce from Buffalo Wild Wings. Yummmmo.
Once chicken is browned, drain juices from pan. Add wing sauce and coat chicken.
Toast your bread rolls just a tad to get them nice and crispy. Spread rolls with Buttermilk Ranch Dressing. Find recipe here. Add some mozzarella cheese to the bread roll. Top with buffalo chicken. Then top that with the monterey jack cheese. Then top with cilantro. And enjoy!!
