Cherry Cheesecake Brownies:
- 1 package brownie mix
- 1 8oz package cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 can cherry pie filling
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
Prepare brownie batter as directed on package. Spread batter into a greased 13×9 pan.
Beat cream cheese, pie filling, sugar, egg and vanilla together until nice and smooth.
Drop cream cheese mixture by spoonfuls on top of brownie batter. Swirl mixture through with a knife.
Bake 30-35 minutes or until cream cheese mixture is lightly browned.
Add more pie filling or whip cream on top.
