Melted cheese has to be one of the best inventions ever! I remember when I first started dating Jared back in College Station, I swear him and his brother would eat queso and salsa for dinner at least once a week. I thought it was the craziest thing ever. This is a really quick and easy dip for any kind of party or get together and it is full of flavour.
- Block of Velveeta
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- Can of Rotel (the one with the lime in it)
- Little bit of cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 red onion, chopped
- 1-2 tablespoons of lime juice
In a small crock pot, chop velveeta into small pieces. Add can of rotel, garlic, cilantro, onions and lime juice. Heat until melted and enjoy!
