So I found this recipe online and they say that it is suppose to be the copy cat version of Buffalo Wild Wing’s medium sauce. Tastes pretty delish to me!

Buffalo Wing Sauce:
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Frank’s pepper sauce
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 teaspoons water
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
Directions:
Combine first 7 ingredients in a small saucepan. Heat sauce over medium heat until boiling, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool for about 10 minutes.
While sauce is cooling, whisk egg yolk with 2 teaspoons water in a medium bowl until it turns pale yellow. Whisk in cornstarch until dissolved.
Drizzle sauce mixture into the egg yolk mixture in a steady stream while whisking. Cover sauce and chill until ready to serve.
